Guangzhou Ehome Interactive Information Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shougang Concord Technology Holdings Limited.

Its main business is investing in and operating cable digital television projects, and providing technical solutions and value-added services to digitalization of cable TV. In its current cooperation with Southern Media Corporation, Ehome invests in cable TV digitalization projects of members of Southern Media and provides technical and operational services. Ehome is also a developer of digital TV VOD system, digital TV basic programs' operation supporting systems as well as multimedia content services and related supporting projects. Ehome now enjoys a close strategic partnership, both at home and aboard, with some well-known enterprises and research institutions in the industry.

In accordance with the national plan on informatization construction and SARFT's (State Administration of Radio, Film and Television) move to digitalize cable television, Southern Media Corporation began in 2007 the digitalization of analog cable TV in some of its affiliated companies in Guangdong, to meet growing customer demand for multimedia services. Cooperating with Southern Media Corporation, Ehome is endeavored to integrate cable TV network resources, digitalize cable TV, and construct a commercial operation platform focusing on digital cable TV, digital TV value-added services and multimedia information services.

Ehome's goal is to achieve the "triple play" business operations under the guidance of the Southern Media Corporation, namely conforming to state policies, following media trends and meeting the market demand.
