 Group synopsis
Our group established in 1983 and has been listed on the stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd since 1988 (stock code: 521). For more then 20 years, our electronic product manufacture has been principally engaged in the provision of this industry and obtained a good reputation from our clients. In the beginning of 21st century, our group has started the industry conversion and has successfully completed the conversion from traditional electronic product manufacture to an enterprise with three major Hi-Tech business components. Including: 1. Digital network operation - Digital TV technical services, Digital TV set top box supplier. 2. Hi-Tech value added services-Intelligent system integration. 3. Integrated circuit business- Medium and High-level photo mask production. |

Digital TV
The target area of our Digital TV operation business initially focuses on the potential market of tier-2 and tier-3 cities in mainland CHINA. Our group has been cooperated with the R&D development and has engendered an integrated cable digital TV technical solution in CHINA. Moreover, our group has also been certified by recognized standards of quality system-3C, and has already achieved network enter license for digital TV set top boxes. The group cached the inning of full-scale cable TV conversion, follow by the Chinese government policy and after successfully completed the tier area in Yang Jiang, the group cooperate with Southern Media Corporation and other broadcasting radio and television monopolist organizations together to enhance a better service for China digital TV market. The development of the cable and digital TV operation business will definitely bring us a persistent increase of income. |
